3. Complete the Paypal Guest Checkout form and click the blue button Pay Now at the bottom.
Please read below steps
1. Click Pay Now button above.
Enter event name & state if it's a "balance".
In Price per item, enter your amount due.
Click Continue button.

2. To pay by credit card and NOT with a Paypal account, click the gray button at the bottom under "have trouble logging in?". Login info can be empty (or ignored if you do have an account.)
