How do I register for one of your crops? 

Simply click on Register . You may pay by credit card, check or venmo. Info is on the Payment page. 

How big of a workspace will I have? Each guest has their own 6 ft table or larger.

How many people attend your crops?

We love to promote the scrapping community and deliberately limit our crops 30-60 persons to encourage sharing of creativitity and friendships. 

Can I bring my Cricut or Silouette die cut machine?

Yes, feel free to bring your machine and computer. The hotels we use have free WIFI. Only small 30 " personal tables are allowed and need to be  within your own space.

 Will there be a power source at my table? Do I need to bring extra cords?

You will have easy access to electrical power at your table. Feel free to bring your extra cords if you have multiple tools that use electricity.

Should I bring my craft lamp?

Yes- most of our spaces are well lit, but it is a good idea to have additional lighting for night time cropping.

I have never been to a crop- What do I need to bring?

Besides your bathing suit (possibly!) ,clothing and money, you should bring scrapbook paper, adhesives, cutting tools, a craft lamp and photos , of course! To get started , you may wish to order some basics from one of our Creative Memories advisors:

Yes, we have multiple vendors depending on the size of the hotel. Creative Memories is always one of our vendors. To name a few...

I am gluten free- do I need to bring my own food?

We work with hotels and food services that supply gluten free options or other special allergy restrictions to those who let us know at least 2 weeks before the crop..

Will there be children at the crop?

Persons ages 11 and over are welcome to attend for weekend events. We encourage children ages 8 and up to attend our day crops.

When do I need to book my room for the event?

You should call the hotel to book your room as soon as you register for one of our events. The group rates are only available up until a certain time.
